Some frequently asked questions:

Is the hotel walking distance to down town Austin?

no it is not walking distance: a 12 min taxi, and we will run our van into town.  Friday night we have an opening party with guest speakers and our commercial customers -- will post more information on this soon.  Saturday is open program and we will certainly run the van in (with our driver).  Sunday night we do a closing 'margarita' dinner with our commercial customers, which of course all rookies’ guests would be more than welcome to join.

What is “VIP Hospitality”?

VIP Village is the top hospitality at the track - it is the official Dorna hospitality.

Does ‘no credentials’ include General Admission? Can one purchase grandstand tickets through you?

‘no credentials’ does NOT include general admission.  We can add ANY tickets to the package -  see ticket link above.  Please bear in mind that none of these apart from the VIP and the 'team experience' (which we are offering at a substantially lower price to Rookies that on this web site) grant paddock access.
